Your Home base for all Gros Morne Attractions
Experience the Phenomenal Arches located approximately 15 mins away from the Shallow Bay Motel at the North end of Gros Morne National Park. The Arches are located between Parsons Pond and Portland Creek. There were four Arches at one time but one as since collapsed. The three remaining Arches is the main attraction at the Arches Provincial Park.

During your visit to Shallow Bay Motel in Cow Head Experience our rich Newfoundland culture by attending the drama provided by the professional cast of the Gros Morne Theatre festival from May to September. The Nurse Myra Bennett Centre for the Performing Arts is located just across the street from the Shallow Bay Motel. Newfoundland stories & songs come to life in the beautiful town of Cow Head. Take in a night of dinner Theatre, the S.S. Ethie, a Neddy Norris Musical Night, or the many drama productions of Newfoundland present and past history and enjoy performances from special invited guest.
